Orders will be shipped via DHL ("Ground") Service. Standard shipping is limited to U.S. delivery only (please note, there is no "ground" service to Alaska or Hawaii, so there is an additional shipping charge to these locations). Outside of the U.S. will require special quote.
Delivery:
Delivery occurs only on business days Monday through Friday.
Delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
Because of the oversized boxes we use, 2 day and overnight shipping is not available.
Shipping Damage:
First, if you hear glass in the box, refuse to accept shipment.
Immediately call us at 1-866-947-6366.
As the shipper we will contact DHL and begin the process. You must retain all packing material that the damaged item was delivered in. The damaged item and the packing material need to be picked up by DHL. After the pickup by DHL, we will ship a replacement or repair and return the original item. If only part of the sign is damaged (like the border) we can usually just send you a replacement neon tube which you can install yourself.
